We prioritize making products that we personally use and love. After six months of rigorous testing in our personal skincare routines, we bring these products to market. 

 

How do we achieve an eco-friendly and transparent supply chain?

 

1. Orders on Demand

To ensure that each item is crafted with utmost care and consideration we only produce on demand. We don't believe in mass production. 

By producing on demand, we actively minimize the waste of materials and energy, aligning with our commitment to sustainability. While this may result in a longer delivery time of up to 5-8 business days, we believe that it is worth taking the time to uphold our values and ensure that every aspect of our business practices reflects care and consideration, rather than contributing to fast consumption.

 

2. Manufacturer Transparency

We maintain transparency throughout our supply chain. Our partner laboratory and production facility for all topical products are located in Latvia, Northern Europe. Here, we perform every step in-house, guaranteeing the highest quality for our products. With state-of-the-art mixing equipment from Germany and Switzerland, we create luxurious textures while having the flexibility to fill various sizes and shapes of packaging.

In addition, our reusable eye masks are manufactured through personal connections we have established in Hong Kong, ensuring a close relationship with trusted partners. Likewise, our exfoliating mitts are sourced from a reputable local business in Turkey, a place our founder has personally visited and experienced firsthand. We maintain a strict criterion for working with individuals and businesses that align with our values, upholding our high standards, and adhering to health, safety, and ethical regulations in the EU. Furthermore, we actively support local businesses whenever possible, so stay tuned to our page for upcoming products from talented local creators.

 

3. Packaging 

We understand the importance of responsible packaging. Due to shelf life regulations and health standards in the EU, certain products must be packaged in glass or plastic. So, we use packaging that is already recycled or recyclable. By using packaging that is recyclable and made from previously recycled materials, we can minimize waste.

*We are also developing a program where customers can return empty packaging to us, and in return, receive a 10% discount on their next order. This initiative aims to promote a circular economy and reduce waste.

 

4. Thoughtful Ingredient Selection

We believe in the power of nature, but we also recognize the importance of responsible ingredient sourcing. We carefully choose ingredients that are abundant and sustainable, ensuring that we do not deplete Earth's precious resources. Our in-house laboratory develops these ingredients to extract their skin benefits while engineering our product formulas to deliver gentle and effective results. This approach guarantees both efficacy and environmental consciousness.

 

5. Certifications & EU Regulation Compliance

All products made in our facilities (both in the EU and outside) hold ISO 22716:2007 and COSMOS Ecocert certifications. We are proud to be cruelty-free and vegan certified, reflecting our commitment to ethical practices. We adhere to EC Regulation No. 1223/2009 on cosmetic products, ensuring compliance with European Union standards.
