    Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
    A. It will usually take 2-10 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary based on customer location. If you are located in the UK or Europe the shipping time will likely be faster than outside of these regions.

    Q. How long will it take to dispatch the order?
    A. It will take usually up to 3 business days, while, in peak times, it may take up to 5 business days to dispatch.

    Q. Do you ship worldwide?
    A. Yes! But this may effect shipping costs. We offer free shipping to the UK only or orders over £35GBP.

    Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
    A. We process all orders in GBP. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using GBP at the most current exchange rate. You can choose to change the location which will automatically change the currency to your local currency.

    Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
    A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.

    Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?
    A. For most countries, you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 items. If you have any issues with customs, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
